Do you
know that your body is
moving even when you are
sitting still? Sure,
your heart beats, blood
circulates, eyes blink,
your last meal………..
well…… enough
about that! But here’s
the deal – At a deeper
level, a level we can’t
see except with an extremely
powerful microscope, your
body is made up of vibrating
particles that are in constant
motion. Not only
is your body made up of
vibrating stuff but everything
else in the world is too,
including what you can
sense, taste, smell, touch
and feel. There’s
a vibration going on at
a subatomic level and we're
not even aware of it..
Did you know that thoughts
have a vibration as well? They
do! Every time
you have a thought, a
vibration is created! Scientists

So you notice you have
some thought patterns going
on……… What
do you do with them? The
first thing you do with
them, is observe them. Actually,
that’s the ONLY thing
to do! Watch
the thought and then notice
the feeling it produces. When
you begin to do this, you
may feel overwhelmed with
all the different kinds
of thoughts, and you might
want to judge them, "this
is good, this is bad" and
so on, but just observe
that too. Don’t
worry about it, just watch. As
you begin to notice thoughts
that have "feel bad"attached
with that realization,
you can choose to think
about something that has "feel
good"attached! As
you keep doing this things
begin to change . . . more

Most people
now know that thoughts
can be measured for the
waves of energy patterns
they each send out. Science
has proven that different
thoughts 'fire' different
areas of the brain with
bursts of energy. Our thoughts
really do create individual
patterns that can be tracked
and measured.
Knowing that each thought
has a vibration and a
resonance, we can understand
that not only are we
creating patterns in
our brain, but these
are being sent out where
they can be captured
and measured. More than
that, our thoughts radiate
out and interacts with
the thoughts of others.
Have you ever noticed
how you can be feeling
down and a good friend
comes along feeling happy,
and soon you feel better?

Resonance really is
easy to understand. If
you have ever held a stringed
instrument such as a guitar
and plucked a string, you
created a vibration. You
hear that tone because
your eardrum somehow picks
up that vibration and begins
to resonate. So what
is happening? Some
how the vibration of that
string is transmitted through
the air to your ear and
a sympathetic resonance
is created that allows
you to hear that tone! Amazing
isn’t it?
If everything you hear
is sending vibrations
to your ear that you
can hear, what about
the vibrations you can’t
hear? What’s
going on with those thoughts? Do
you suppose they are
being transmitted too? |
